We keep this simple: this website doesn’t use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels, and it doesn’t store anything you type.

Your application
The application form doesn’t send data to our server. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your answers filled in, and you decide whether to send them. Once you do, we receive your message like any other WhatsApp message or email, and use it only to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay.
If you stay with us, we keep the details needed for the booking, payments and the legally required guest registration in Portugal for as long as the law requires.
Hosting and fonts
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request goes to Google.
Booking calendar
The booking calendars for Rooms 3 and 4 come from our booking system, Vortex PMS. Nothing loads from it until you press “Check dates & book”. From then on, Vortex processes what you enter there under its own privacy policy.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just email contact@luziahousemadeira.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
